Sarah MacDougall (MHK cand.) is a student with the School Human Kinetics at Laurentian University. She received her undergraduate arts and teaching degrees from Laurentian University, and is now pursuing a Masters at Laurentian, as well. Sarah’s research interests revolve around the influence of school schedule on children’s hunger and physical activity. She is currently analyzing data from a research project which involved 8 elementary schools in Sudbury.  As a teacher, she is particularly interested in seeing school-age children and families achieve optimum physical activity and nutrition!
