Tricia Burke has enjoyed a rich and diverse career path that spans project coordination, to northern sales representation, to editor, and now research coordination. A long-time employee of Laurentian University, she received Bachelor of Arts majoring in English in 1998. She has worked in various university departments including Continuing Education, Purchasing and Risk Management, and the Placement Centre, before joining Dr. Nancy Young and the ECHO team in February 2006.
During her time with ECHO, Tricia has developed expertise in cross-cultural adaptation of measures and has been the senior coordinator on several multi-site international clinical research projects. Her academic contributions have earned her authorship on 5 academic papers in peer-reviewed journals.
